1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or hosting an event on SimulTIO, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Fair Usage & Capacity
Each event package is allocated specific translation minutes and maximum concurrent attendee slots. Usage beyond allocated quotas requires package upgrades or add-ons.
3. Service Reliability
SimulTIO utilizes enterprise cloud infrastructure to maintain high availability during scheduled events. Event organizers are encouraged to conduct preliminary audio checks prior to live sessions.
